Due to COVID-19 and delays out of our control at our couriers, your package may not show movement for up to 3 business days. We also had an unexpected disruption to our supply chain, causing some of our soap pouches and sensor pumps to be out of stock. We deeply apologize for the delay and are working around the clock to ensure that these orders are shipped as soon as possible.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Free Domestic Standard Shipping

Shipping is free on all domestic orders in the 48 contiguous United States. In Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Territories, shipping is $24.99 for orders less than $39. For orders over $39, shipping is $54.99.

Delivery Times and Methods

Most domestic orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with FedEx Ground and arrive within 1-3 business days. Expedited orders ship and arrive within 1-2 business days.

Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii takes about 5 to 7 business days. To U.S. Territories, it takes approximately 7 to 10 business days, shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS.

APO/FPO orders ship via USPS, but allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Once you place an order, your item(s) are packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. However, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.

Payment and Sales Tax

We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Sales tax is charged when shipping to California, Washington, and New Jersey.
