Due to COVID-19 and delays out of our control at our couriers, your package may not show movement for up to 3 business days. We also had an unexpected disruption to our supply chain, causing some of our soap pouches and sensor pumps to be out of stock. We deeply apologize for the delay and are working around the clock to ensure that these orders are shipped as soon as possible.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all domestic orders over $65. For all orders less than $65, there is a shipping fee of $6.99, regardless of size or weight. However, if a product is under warranty and you are claiming parts, there is no charge.

Delivery Times

Most orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), so your item should arrive in 3 to 7 business days.

Please note: A signature may be required by your carrier upon delivery. Also, at this time, we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Once you place an order, your item(s) are packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. However, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.

Payment and Sales Tax

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa.
Sales tax is charged using the applicable tax rate(s) for your shipping address.
Based on your shipping address, you may see a combination of these types of taxes on your order:
